The first roof rack designed specifically for 1st Gen 4Runners. This is a partial kit that includes CNC cut plates, specialty hardware, and instructions. Extrusion crossbars and associate hardware NOT included.  We will supply the bill of materials and recommended vendors to you. This method allows us to keep your total cost as low as possible.

Features:

-Rack can be broken down to 1/3rds to be used as full length or shorter if desired

-3/16" 6016 Aluminum structure designed to mount 10 series extruded aluminum crossbars for modular mounting solutions

-500lb capacity

-Front valence comes perforated to be easily notched for a light bar (cutting of Al required) or can remain intact.

Kit includes the following:

1) Side Plates

2) Front Valence and Moulding (if selected option includes front 1/3 section)

3) Mounting hardware

4) Instructions

Kit DOES NOT include the following and must be sourced from other vendors

1) Extrusions, brackets, and associated hardware

2) Silicone and thread locking compound

3) Installation tools

This rack requires drilling into the roof for mounting. Total of 12 holes for full rack (4/section).

Weight capacity of full rack is 500lbs evenly distributed. We have no way of telling what the maximum capacity of the roof as engineered by Toyota was, so we recommend being very cautious with the amount of weight secured to rack while driving.

Note: We recommend using Zinc Plated or preferrably Stainless Steel hardware for vehicles stored outdoors.
